Day 180, return visit

GP appointment done today after last weeks 'you've gone past these general-purpose thresholds therefore the nurse has to escalate it'.

Is it mainly a tick box exercise?

GP says "that all looks ok, just keep these things in check, seeya."

That's it.  Clearly not particularly at risk and therefore free to go and get on with stuff.  "Running?", "yeah, carry on doing that."

It probably catches enough people in the risk zone to make it worthwhile, so maybe more than a tick-box exercise.

Perhaps if the initial assessment by the nurse was better defined it wouldn't require as many GP visits - pretty sure that I'm not best placed to make judgments about the risks involved though so time to back away slowly and leave it as it is.

Here's a picture of a misshapen, badly stuffed, Blue Tit by way of eye candy.
