They're very proud of this building - that's my interpretation of it given that there's a sign boasting "Built 2000" on the side.
This was the site of a pub called The Domino.
The Domino was an unusually shaped building, very similar in design to the old 'Wedding Cake' registry office.
In fact it was virtually identical, although a little taller I think.
It was definitely bloody awful.
And this building carries on that great tradition.
Like aiming for the world record in domino toppling but only having 25 boxes of dominoes available.*†
* There are 28 dominoes in a box.
