Lard like lumps grease the floor making leaf cakes outside the former offices of Bucknall Austin building consultants.
Quite swanky in the late 1980s.
Now private flats.
The forecourt isn't as tidy as it used to be.
And it's all looking a little drab.
They should get some building consultants in to sort it out.*
* I have no idea what building consultants do, I suspect it isn't "hello building, what is your opinion on this matter?"
