This server was bought and installed around 2002, back when we used to buy real 'tin'.
It seemed mildly amusing at the time for me to edit the BIOS message.
It was never worth virtualising due to its purpose and in any case it would soon be turned off.
We started virtualising servers in 2006
The server is still running here in 2015.
If it behaves anything like HAL did when being 'decommissioned' by Dave then we'll know the true purpose of our mission sometime soon[1].
[1] What do you mean you haven't a clue what I'm on about, put 2001 a Space Odyssey on right now.
